DBRaven processes the architecture inputs you provide, such as workload shape, technologies, consistency needs, operational tolerance, and related design details. Those inputs are used to generate deterministic architecture reports and supporting views.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, customer personal data, production database dumps, or confidential material that is not needed for an architecture review.

The application may log technical information needed to operate and debug the service, such as request paths, status codes, failed loads, and runtime errors. These logs are used to diagnose product behavior and improve reliability.

DBRaven may use analytics to understand page usage, navigation, and product health. Analytics should be treated as product telemetry, not as a source for architecture recommendations.

Information is used to run the product, generate reports, troubleshoot errors, improve the knowledge experience, and protect the service from abuse.

DBRaven does not require user accounts in its current product shape. If account, workspace, or collaboration features are added later, this policy should be updated before those features collect account-level data.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help host, operate, monitor, or secure DBRaven, subject to their own controls and terms.

Operational logs and submitted report inputs may be retained for as long as needed to operate, debug, secure, or improve the service. Avoid submitting sensitive information that DBRaven does not need.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and DBRaven should not be used as a vault for secrets or regulated records.

We may update this policy as DBRaven changes. The updated date on this page indicates the latest revision.
