Terms of Use
Last updated August 4, 2026. These terms describe the basic rules for using DBRaven.
Use Of DBRaven
DBRaven provides deterministic architecture decision reports, simulations, and knowledge-base views for database and backend system design. The product is intended for technical evaluation and planning support.
You are responsible for the architecture decisions you make, the inputs you provide, and how you apply any recommendation in your own environment.
No Professional Advice
DBRaven does not provide legal, financial, compliance, security, or operational assurance advice. Reports may identify risks, tradeoffs, and evidence, but they do not replace review by qualified engineers, security reviewers, compliance specialists, or counsel.
Acceptable Use
Do not use DBRaven to attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to generate or distribute harmful, unlawful, or misleading material.
Generated Reports And Knowledge Content
DBRaven reports are generated from structured inputs, deterministic scoring, and curated knowledge data. They can contain limitations, missing coverage, or stale assumptions, and should be reviewed before being used in design documents or operational plans.
DBRaven may update its knowledge base, scoring rules, simulations, and report format over time. The same input should be reproducible within a given version, but future versions may improve or revise the output.
Availability
DBRaven is provided as available. The service may be unavailable, degraded, or changed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent access, or error-free output.
Intellectual Property
DBRaven, its interface, source materials, curated knowledge structure, and product design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use reports you generate for your internal architecture review and planning, subject to these terms.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBRaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, system outages, business interruption, or architecture decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The updated date on this page indicates the latest revision.
